Tough Mudder/Super Spartan/Marathon Training



As you all know I have begun training for multiple endurance events in the next few months and years. My first is the Tough Mudder in VT on May 8th, 2011. The next is the Super Spartan Race in VT. on August 6th, 2011. My next challenge is the Walt Disney Marathon on January 8th, 2012 where I hope to qualify for the 2013 Boston Marathon with a 7:00 min per mile pace. Next is the LA Marathon in March 2012. All of this leading up to running the 2013 Boston Marathon. I am going to keep track of my training progress on this blog.
